Overview : Newly developed DSC with high performances to satisfy variety measurements, which are difficult to be fulfilled with traditional DSC. Sensitivity and dynamic range are specially improved. DSC7020 is the best DSC for not only high sensitivity measurements, but for routine measurements such as quality control measurement also.

Features :

1. Realized 0.2µW sensitivity with Digital optimize technologies. It is possible to measure glass transition temperature with 10µg sample only.

2. Newly designed cooling systems including Auto-LN2 cooling system and Electronic Cooling system are available. The cooling performances of both systems are improved.

3. Auto-sampler and Mass flow options improve high effective measurements.

The new Hitachi High-Tech DMA7100 with built in Camera allows you to see your sample while it is undergoing dynamic mechanical testing in any of 7 geometries (single cantilever, dual cantilever, tension, compression, shear, film shear, & 3 point bending). The DMA7100 is easy to load and includes easy to use software. The DMA7100 does not require air or gas for use. The optional temperature range on the DMA7100 is -150C to 600C. Other new features include a Lissajaus Monitor, wider frequency range, and a new more compact space-saving design.

Overview:

DSC Sensitivity: 0.1µW
Re-engineered new sensor achieves tripled sensor performance by the multiple thermocouples. Uniform and stableheat flow from heat sink to sample and reference is achieved by Center Heat-flow method. These new sensor designs enable DSC sensitivity of 0.1µW.

Baseline repeatability:
±5µW Structure of the new furnace is optimized by the new simulation technique. Superior baseline stability and repeatability are achieved by suppressing the baseline fluctuation due to the three layer metal insulation of the low heat capacity.
Improved Cooling Control Performance
Dramatically improved cooling following capability enables the accurate temperature control down to the low temperature. Auto LN2 Gas Cooling Unit and Electric Cooling Unit can be exchanged by users easily.
