(1) Field Service Representative; based in United States; requires extensive travel throughout the US

Job Description:

Formal electronics training

Knowledge of laboratory instruments; Thermal Analysis and Rheology knowledge preferred

Employee will be expected to perform such duties including, but not limited to: Customer interaction, customer training, installation of laboratory instruments, field repair, preventative maintenance services, and upgrades of laboratory instruments

Maintain an up to date customer/contact database to facilitate the distribution of marketing materials

Submit accurate and timely service reports

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse customer base.

Ability to prioritize activities to achieve goals

Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Must possess a valid driver’s license and passport for travel by ground and air.

Able to lift 75 to 100 lbs

Extensive Travel

Training will be provided on current products offered by RT Instruments, Inc.

Salary: Based on experience
