The EPLEXOR® 2000 N and 4000 N systems combine the dynamic mechanic thermal analysis with the dynamic material testing for the determination of the absolute values of the E modulus. Further fields of application are:
CHARACTERISTICS: The only DMTS system with two independent drives for the static and dynamic load. A static load up to 4000 N is possible, a dynamic drive up to ±2500 N. The large high force capacity enables compression and shear tests on Dumbell specimen. Through the higher force range it is especially applicable for curable plastics, composites or elastomers. It is a high force system for the determination of non-linear mechanical characteristics of stiff (reinforced) materials. Heat build-up tests with high deformation amplitudes on components are possible. A premium system in its class. |
